Deposits & Rental Fees

Please review our rental policies to help ensure a smooth and efficient experience:

1. Be on time for pickups and returns. Late returns are subject to a $30/hour fee.
2. Tire issues (flats, blowouts, punctures) are the renter’s responsibility.
3. Trailers must be returned clean. A $50+ cleaning fee will be charged if the trailer is returned dirty.
4. Refundable deposit: $125–$200, depending on the trailer.

These guidelines allow us to maintain high‑quality equipment and provide dependable service to all renters.

Quad Cities Transportation is a fully contactless rental company. Once your equipment is booked, you’ll receive a welcome email confirming your reservation.

1. Pickup instructions will be sent 24 hours before your rental begins
2. Drop‑off instructions will be sent 24 hours before your rental ends
